THE PROCESS
I arrange to meet you at your home or office to view the
portfolio, and discuss ideas, concepts & design. A survey is taken
of the room, taking note of existing furnishings to incorporate the colours
of carpets & curtains.An initial drawing is done to your specifications and once this is approved the job is booked in. Prices vary depending on the size, timescale and complexity of your commissioned piece. I will discuss these factors and agree on a price and completion date at the time of booking. A booking deposit is required with the balance to be paid on completion of the job. THE BENEFITS High quality non-toxic waterbased paints are used making them safe for childrens rooms. Each mural is sealed with a clear protective varnish which is both durable and can be wiped clean. The overall effect of the hand painted mural is one of quality and a richness in colour that can not be compared to any printed material. Murals are very versaltile as almost any surface can be painted. (Interiors & exteriors) High moisture areas are not a problem therefore ideal for use in bathrooms and Kitchens Imperfect walls can add to a mural design, treating the wall with a specialist paint effect. |
